Monday funday! And this week is about sport

As I promised myself, I did manage to go to the gym today! So with this the week is starting to look like a week where a lot of sporting will be involved. Today, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Christmas is approaching very fast!

The holidays are coming, the holidays are coming…this tune I hear almost every day as it is a tune that is part of a Cola commercial here in the Netherlands. Towards the end of the year I always feel like a harmonica. There is so little time and more and more things to do. This is also the case this week. Besides working out, social obligations continue. Like Christmas receptions, company drinks, Christmas breakfast and so on. It makes it harder to find time to relax. For most people this is a reason to just skip sports. Not for me!

Personal trainer is surprised

My personal trainer is amazed. He often sees that people skip a workout and then do not catch up. But I am different! I'll come! And in addition to finishing the standard scheme nicely, I am just putting the pressure on. I train harder every time!
