Fix Unknown Error When Posting On D.TUBEsteemCreated with Sketch.

If everything in the post is correct and it is saying unknown error like this.

Log out and back in, this fixed the issue for me and many other users.

You Must Log Out, Then Log Back In To Resolve 🤞
