I am tired this morning, the new routine of getting up at 4:30am is now in effect :-)

4.30am! Admirable, but don't overdo it or you might get ill!
I've been trying to achieve a pull-up - my New Year resolution was to do just one. I did manage half a pull-up, but then got a bit lazy so it's gone down to about a quarter. I do two or three negative pull-ups when I go to the bouldering gym.
I'm going to really put some effort into it now, because I know it helps my bouldering and climbing, and I'm learning to lead climb on Monday :)

First target is to get one full un-assisted pull up !!

Wow Phil! Great job. Beast mode at 4:30 in the morning. You know I can so relate with the schedule. Great Dad.. and you kids are so cute. I have to make deals with my boys too. They always win! Your brother's comment....lol Love seeing the progress. Keep pushing! Your living the Dtube Fitness Life. It's hard work but the results are priceless. Here's to your ongoing success.

I see you were editing this morning also :-) My girls have me wrapped around their little fingers, I always give into them haha. Yea @exploringirish knows I make good potatoes, he will pay for that comment :-)

eventually I will get one full pull up @gisi i think i need to loose a little weight, its hard to lift it up :-)
