By better managing your time you can do so much more with so much less. By managing my time better, I've been able to focus better, be more productive and lower my levels stress and anxiety.
I manage my time using 4 main applications.

- My Hours - https://app.myhours.com
I go over why I use each of these in the video. I also expect you would use reminders and or the calendar application on your phone or computer, but if you don't that is definitely where you should start.
