Uploading Problems With DTubesteemCreated with Sketch.

Hi all, last night and this morning I have been having some trouble uploading videos to DTube. The video uploads and the Snap uploads but when I submit my video to the blockchain it just keeps buffering like this:

Each attempt I try I get 2 green ticks but only buffing on the 3rd.

I have tried to upload different videos and thumbnails.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I am still having this issue at the 3rd step. I have done all of these things people have listed here. anyone know what else to do?

So I figured out uploading from firefox instead of chrome solved this for some reason

I was trying to upload videos from Safari and had the same problems. I tried everything from resolution, format, codec... always the same problem. Video uploaded, but problem with snap thumbnail. And finally I tried with Chrome, and it uploaded with no problem.

Hey
I have the same issue. It gets stuck at that point.
Anyone has experience with how long it normally takes?

I have tried many videos of different sizes and they all get to the same point but will not submit to the block chain.

It worked for me now with the Chrome browser. Try it!

Thank you @leeloo79 I will give that a try.

I have downloaded Chrome and have tried again and works first time. Thank you.

Very good! glad to hear that!

I have chrome, and I have a problem uploading videos. After the bar finishes I click submit but a message appears saying "unknown error". Any suggestions?

also make sure your videos are mp4 , h.264 and 1280 x 720 to be sure it works. chrome works best i find

mine gets stuck uploading the SNAP pfff and just ends up sitting there.

I have the same problem at the moment.

hi! Do you still have still this problem? I am facing something like this... When uploading, it writes 100% but then it bufferings... and nothing happens. Tried several times... Doesn't work!

how'd you fix this ? thx

Internet speed. I change my subscription to go from 1 mbps to 10 mbps... it's the maximum I have at my place. And it works.
