This was the last episode aired the 10/08/86 of a year long show From the Minnesota public television (MPTV) where they analyzed several aspects of the Soviet society through western eyes. It ran from 1985 to 1986 and it had a total of nine episode. This is episode goes into details about soviet bureaucracy, economy, mass media, pop culture of the Gorbachev era.

A most see for all history lovers and geeks.
