Hello everybody, excuse the late intro, I go by the name of @Heaterville and this is my new project!

I want to provide a platform for the artists in my city.

A place where artists can come to get production and mixing, but not just that; they can reach out for advice on branding, promotion, marketing and other services that may help their career. During my journey on Steem, I saw all the projects of people giving back and and I thought of ways to give back to my people.

1. The rewards will be used to on-board a 619 Artist to Steem
2. We teach the artists how to use Steem
3. If the artists don't have time to post, we can post on their behalf and receive 50% of the SBD rewards

We also will use a portion of the rewards to delegate to the platforms supporting us. I.e. Dsound, Dtube.

Here's an example of our model: MC Daygo is from 619 and he has a following, has music, and videos. 619 Times likes MC Daygo's music. 619 Times and Heaterville collab to record a song with MC Daygo. The song is recorded & mixed by our production team Heaterville and promoted by 619times via Dsound and Dtube. The rewards we receive from the posts is used to create the account for the artist. After the account is created we continue to post on artist account on the artist's behalf. 619 Times receives a percentage for administering the accounts. Our funds will be used to build our SP so we can provide a massive upvote for the artists, for studio recordings and mixing, and for Video production & Delegation.

I knew I wouldn't be able to do this alone.

I was just grinding away on Steemit and stacking up the Steem hoping that in the future I would be able to create an account with massive amount of Steem to help support the artists I wanted to bring to Steemit. I then realized, as Steem was going up and down, that I needed help. That's when I met @Smartmediagroup. SMG has a motive/agenda to support artists and help fund their projects. With their help I'll have the tools necessary for the mission I want to accomplish.

I now moderate and have my own room in SMG called Heaterville where artists can get tips and hacks, music biz info, and post their links for curation. Come check it out!

Now it's time to on-board these artists and give them the support they need to progress.

The biggest obstacle for artists is being able to pay for the things they need while at the same time have enough time to create beautiful music. That is a challenge in and of itself. I want to lift those barriers and also show how big it can be if we just support each other. When it comes to California, Los Angeles is the Mecca of the Entertainment Business. My goal is to bring that business culture to my city of San Diego so we can flourish by providing the proper infrastructure & platforms that can spring them forward.

This is a great opportunity to bring a whole community of creators onto the blockchain.

This is a model that can be replicated to bring in communites from other cities. Fanbases are communites, Record Labels are communities. Not only that but the fans can join along and be rewarded for their curations!
