When I am wisely appointed king, my only 2 agenda items will be to:

  1. dismantle the existing power structure from within,
  2. quit.

    I think the point is that without the people coming to the understanding of anarchy, dismantling any power structure will be ineffective, as the locals will only create another to replace it.
