Oh man, that's the worst. You'll get through it though, really. We had a snowfall here a few year ago that brought down ALL the power lines on the island. We had no power for a week and it happened exactly one week after we took out our old heating system to replace it with, guess what? Yep, electric heaters. It was brutal. Looking back though it was a fun adventure, but at the time, man, it was COLD.
