今天是我的第30天平板支撑，最后一天了，完满收官！
从第一天一直坚持到第30天，真的很不容易，一开始我也担心会不会中途就放弃了，庆幸能够坚持下来，不管每天有多忙，或者在不同的地方，总会抽出时间来做平板支撑，拍视频，后期处理并上传到dtube，已经成为了每天必做的事情。
做了30天平板支撑，身体还是会有所变化的，貌似长了小腹肌了，小肚腩也没那么明显了，看来坚持锻炼还是有好处的，积少成多，虽然挑战是说的30天，但是我还会继续坚持每天做1分钟以上的平板支撑，期待我的8块腹肌，哈哈！
