I think all 3 are best. Can't say which is best.
If someone delegate to you and it will really help you having bigger power.
If someone upvote you, you will feel happy. If you can read the comments, it will add on the happiness. But if only comment, and no upvotes, to me, it is like something is missing.
Sometimes when I am busy and can't really comment, I upvote the person to appreciate the person's time and effort to create a video or a post.
I rarely comment without upvote though. But upvote without comment, yes.
So I guess all 3 goes hand in hand?

You forgot resteem also is a great weapon of supporting, if an Dolphin Orca or Whale resteem your content means a lot of great people; (when i say great i mean they have great steem power will be interestedin your content) they will upvote you and even follow you and keep on supporting you for RESTEEMing is the best way to touch everyone's mind. Addition you've made a great the editing, sound on the background and even the content congrats.

Yeah buddy, exactly RESTEEM is indeed a very effective tool which really means a lot if it comes from a reputed person. Basically all of them are inter-related and are incomplete without each other. We must maintain to balance between them to squeeze out the optimum output.

You are right, if someone is delegating to you, it doesn't mean that he can tell you what to do. Delegation is a kind of support. It's just like giving someone money to help, will we tell him what to do after that ? No, of course. We just gave someone some money to make him happy. Very nice video. Thanks for the inspiration. ☺

Yup, definitely delegation couldn't be a tool that can drive the person in order we say him to. He may or may not, but through COMMENTS we can specify the path to drive and upvotes can be the fuel for it.
