Yesterday me, my husband @clixmoney and my baby went to the center of our city just to relax and walk. And we found some unexpected vegan food that I'd never ever had in Russia before and also visited vegetarian fast food place.
In this video I also talk about healthy muffins that I make of simple cheap ingredients that even my 10-months-old baby can eat.

Thanks for showing us your day in the life of a vegan Russian; it looks very beautiful there. Vegan iced cream in Canada is very good too, often made out of nut or soy mylk and gaining popularity. Thanks for teaching me the Russ adjective for vegan! Do Russian vegans have a play on the word milk like in English with "mylk" or for other products like "cheeze"?

Ah I'm pleased everything is going well for you :-) Of course I remember your baby post... I'm always so happy when people feed their children real food instead of fake food!!! Sounds like your boy is getting a good start in life. Mine is very well too... going through a bit of a fussy phase so it's harder to get him to eat what i give him... but I persevere anyway! He's healthy and strong, and I can't desire more than that.
