OD, Man dead and revived in Alley during community Foodline, where I volunteer at.

During my volunteer shift, one of our security staff outside found this man. not breathing, no heartbeat. We brought him back with 6 shots of Narcan. Short Video of the incident. This is downtown MAIN and Hastings Area. The drug we found out from him afterwards was carfentanil. This drug was designed to bring down elephants. 2 grains(like two pieces of salt) and you are DEAD!!
Please upvote this video, I am trying to build my steem power and maybe a few years down the road if I make alot. I will be setting up a Recovery house for the worst of the worst.
