Thanks for the breakdown. I have been on YouTube for a few years as well and the community was ok but not great neither were the rewards.
I started here about 1 week ago and putting out content so hope the support and feedback here will be much better.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
