Morning routine for depression

How do you start the day?
How do you do not get dragged down by negative emotions and thought patterns?

This is how I do it. Would love to hear your tips!

This is about emotional mastery. I am someone with a tendency towards depression. It is important for me to be aware of my negative thought patterns and not get stuck in it.

If I start the day in a positive way, with exercise, gratitude, and intention, life is just plain better..

hahaha actually i saw that video about making your bed and I have been doing that every since! I won't say it changed my life, but it's amazing how little it takes me to do my bed now every day, without any effort :) New fan here! :) Keep it up!
