Nach 5 Jahren kehrt Maxine "Max" Caulfield nach Arcadia Bay zurück, um an der Blackwell Academy Fotografie zu studieren.
Plötzlich ändert sich ihr Leben, als sie die Fähigkeit bekommt, die Zeit zurück zu drehen und dadurch Ereignisse zu manipulieren.
Sie rettet ihrer Freundin Chloe das Leben, doch damit beginnt erst die aufregendste Woche ihres Lebens.
