Green Crypto DAYZ, @outtheshellvlog reply and free steem courses on twitter!

in dtube •  5 years ago  (edited)

I’m feeling super upbeat today, I think I’ve found my flow again and after experimenting with recording twitch streams, setting up our site http://ihaz.carrd.co with the stripe api code that the carrd site guys made (enabling Apple Pay, let’s go!) I’m feeling that I’m actually getting somewhere in my projects and that kicks major backside! :)

I wanted to get a reply back to @outtheshellvlog this guy ‘gets’ it and really framed a perfect reply to the headspace I think many you tubers are being a little short sighted right now, but that’s ok, more for the rest of us and we can then flog them a skillshare premier link when they finally do get here to play catch up as a life tax! (I think I’m joking)

I also dropped the skillshare fire today with three courses with THREE sets of 10 free passes to some pretty old but still hella relevant courses on the steam blockchain for any of those youtubers you can think of that need to hear it and sit through it, I’m think in need to record small clips to get to the point quicker after considering what @outtheshellvlog was saying too to get them in that quick moment — maybe I need to game and then align some adds in the middle of it for @steemcasting (roll on new gaming rig!)

Thanks for the video response to my comment, certainly wasn't expecting that. The thing is, though, is that it's not really all that hard to use d.tube and vimm.tv. If you're a livestreamer you can use a free restreaming service like restream.io and use spam2steem err share2steem to autopost your videos and Livestreams from YouTube and Twitch to the Steemit platform.

It's really just not that hard to integrate yourself onto the steemit blockchain and get yourself going. Especially now with d.tube allowing for embeds from YouTube, Vimeo and various other video hosting sites. Once you're finished uploading to YouTube just take the link and embed it into d.tube.

I think a good part of the problem with the bigger fish on YouTube and other platforms is that they literally don't explore and exploration is part of what helps people find you. Exploring, consuming other's content and commenting and voting accordingly even if your vote isn't worth a damn thing, it's still something.

According the what I've figured out, a lot of the big name youtubers and other social media influencers don't really explore nor respond to much on their platforms. I've had YouTubers with 50K+ subscribers admit that they don't watch other's videos on the platform, they just solely upload and livestream "for a living" and that's the end of it. They refuse to diversify and expand and do what it takes to get noticed. "I've already built mine on YouTube" and again the following weeks or months "Wah, YouTube is hurting us 'small' creators" please.

I've given up on those who don't watch other people's content, read other's tweets, etc. I've learned to focus instead of people who consume content as well as create here and there which is better than those that only produce but never consume.

Thanks again for the video response, I shall leave you be for the time being.
