It’s been 7 days since the last episode and two months since review.hunt.town came to life! I know the boys are working hard behind the scenes because they have been super quiet — I know they have been fixing things up on steemhunt and maybe rebuilding everything to make things even better than before — the key for a small lean startup culture is to adapt to the market place and to take up opportunities for growth everywhere you can!
$10k in the kitty, 1338 hunters, 12 million potential audience
I mean it’s a no brainer to me that if you want to earn a little extra crypto on the side and explore crypto influencing that it’s the time to do it — if you are reading this for the first time from twitter or other social media channels (youtube etc) then all you need to get started is a STEEM account - go to http://steemhunt.com and hit the signup button and step through, all you need is a mobile phone number to get your account — safely store those four passwords you get, you’ll need them.
you’ll only need the posting account password and the username you picked to login to all steem dapps — in fact, with review.hunt.town you can just login with email and password but really, getting a steem account too is best way so you can link your STEEM wallet to your account inside — means you can use steemhunt and review hunt and you’ll be ready for idea hunt at the start of the year.
referrals are your friend, make it grow!
I’m guilty of this too, I kinda hit a full stop on the signing up, referral side of things and I think that’s because I was expecting us to be supporting more kinds of companies at different parts of their journey — I’m sure the South Korean blockchain app scene is different to anywhere in the rest of the world but I was hoping to onboard some existing companies that have been going for a few years to give them a boost to their social media side, not just focusing on brand new startups — but if that’s what we are doing then I need to adapt my thinking.
Gotta start finding brand new apps that are coming out and see if they fit the criteria and then start reaching out to them — I’ve had this idea for some time of a little video stream show where we discuss the product and what we see on first usage of it, from the App Store, to the features to where they should be focusing their efforts. I think it could make a great weekly show to bolt onto the buzz effect. It’s just hardware and connection holding me back at the moment, well that plus focus, I’m busy with course and clients right now so that takes up a chunky of my day.
Don’t forget to share that review.hunt.town referral link everywhere on social media. I’m gonna start building little twitter/youtube ads I think, I think mass broadcasting that instead of going one by one to startups might end up being more valuable and effective.
Hope you enjoyed this weeks update!
