steemhunt v2 announcement, lots to unpack, I think this is probably going to take a week!

Wow, they certainly don’t do anything by halves (uk saying) do they the main steemhunt team and I’m excited to see the momentum energy and foresight they have to not only develop out the SMT component of steemhunt to head towards a completely decentralised product future but also to evolve the current HUNT setup to head towards the ability for us to have our own main chain and ability to create additional tokens (at least, that’s what I think it looks like to my little brain) in other words we are creating a dapp alliance of our own for the whole product early adopter product industry.

The other thing that really stood out is the rapid prototyping and development of additional 3rd party apps into this eco system, that makes for some interesting ‘remixes’ and ‘mashups’ to see what works, if we take the way that things germinate on the web we have see communities and micro cultures pop up like ‘nocode’ and ‘makers’ form their own little parts of the web.

I truly believe that we are about to see the same thing for products and early adopters and the hunt dapp alliance will be part of that to offer a BaaS (blockchain as a service) and the ability for others to have their own token structure pegged to the main HUNT token — kinda mind blown at this stage, I need to unpack all this but very exciting all the same.

Kinda feels like steem engine but not tribes but the coins are different 3rd party dapp owners interfacing with the whole product cycle, this opens up for lots of apps in a global marketplace to deal with all the parts of the products life cycle in my eyes — I can certainly see for instance a third party app for tracking environmental and sustainability issues that can be used as a data set or review element for a front-end - imagine steemhunt having reviews integrated from ‘intime’ well respected thought leaders for instance — they get potential customers from the ads and also the reviews are brand building for them.

I’ve probably got a few things wrong here and wired up back to front but that’s just because I’m excited about this new direction, there is a lot to process here and I need to go over all these parts, I think I’ll be doing a lot of video next week just to get into this and will probably end up recording or asking a bunch of questions to the @steemhunt, @project7 team to get the low down on this wonderful and exciting news.

This is way bigger and moving faster than I ever expected, happy to be a part of it and to see where this goes — once the brand advocates, influencers realise where the centralised world is going and when the advertising money ends up going to a few rather than the many people will start to look at alternatives and the HUNT platform will be right there to service those people looking for alternative methods!
