Waking up to a sale on Friday morning and jumped straight back into app/video/ad mode, I kinda love having creative freedom.

Good morning, I think I’ve actually been up since at least 5:30am, I’ve got that cloudy kinda morning head but I’m doing alright, if you know me (most don’t) then you’ll know that I’m either 1 or a 0 — asleep or my brain is engaged as soon as I get going, it’s a blessing and a curse at times.

I guess when you really get excited about working on something that you will use and you want to explore all the features you get pumped right? Last night I spent the last hour or so of my time adding YouTube videos to the app where I could find them and making a list of videos that I need to make

I’m also considering making some audio interviews with app and community makers to add into the app to humanise steem, I guess like little mini podcasts but just quick fire back and forth discussion feeling to get the vibe for the app or the community — should be real fun.

Woke up especially pumped this morning because we had an order come through as well, actually from YouTube which was pretty sweet to see the link back stats on that, I really gotta do more on there to make some more sales, I don’t do enough to promote that stuff — maybe I need to move some of these things into apps too because we have stripe integration.

I got all excited about storefronts that operate as you sleep this morning just because of that small sale, it’s funny how the smallest thing can propel you forward, like a ripple effect — it made me realise that no matter how small, you can still step through eventually and track back as to why you started in the first place.

I want my sleep time to pay for my work time, I should be building things that work for me while I sleep, because I love the feeling of the freedom of creativity of not having to worry about money and systems, but instead that I’m already ahead and those things that I’m not good at don’t compound me but instead allow me to wake and be inspired to make better things, to learn more, to engage more, to open up again more.

It’s a pretty sweet start to Friday.. ..
