Day 30 of 31 days of #ADVENTUBE // Q: ability to go back in time for 10 minutes in your own life?

wow, the last two days of the adventube! can you believe it? the endings of these kind of projects can be so bitter sweet but i'm glad we got to the end so we can start next month fresh, are you ready for tuesday and the fresh new year, stepping through into the new year with full gusto, are you ready to jump straight in? maybe not, maybe it's gonna take a running jump, maybe a leap frog for a few days to get there, that's fine too! :)

today's question was really about reflection again, i wanted to close out the year with a bit of a look back and just to explore what people would see as a valuable process, not to dwell on it but to maybe unearth a few things, resolve them mentally and then move forward -- maybe it was a situation you wish had not happened, a person you did something against, a decision you made that had a huge impact.

as of writing out the above text i've not recorded my video today yet, i think i'm going to record after my daughter has left today, i kinda don't wanna get to thinking about it until then, today is gonna be another full sunday, my sundays normally are, rich with progress and forward motion, i have a clear path through today, i know what needs to be done and we are also getting into another podcast.

Consider these when posting your video

• 16:9 landscape works better for an editor than portrait (but i'll still include it if you make it that way)
• don't watch the others in the day until you have uploaded yours (let your internal voice come through)
• there is no right or wrong way to answer the question
• aim for 1:30 > 3:00 minutes maybe, but if your on a tear, go for it, i'll pick out the awesome stuff
• always think sound quality, be aware of background noise (bad video is fine if the audio is super clean)
• this is an empowerment network, treat it like it's the last node network on planet earth.
