Ich hoffe es stört dich nicht wenn ich in deutsch zurückschreibe.
generell finde ich das etwas problematisch wenn user artikel kopieren und nicht deren urheber sind und damit "geld verdienen" .
teilweise sehe ich auf steem ganze zeitungartikel die 1 zu 1 kopiert werden, gar aktuelle kinofilme wurden auf dtube veröffentlicht .
das gleiche gilt eben auch für bilder die user verwenden ohne deren urheber zu sein.

gut dass diese tools wie steemcleaner mittlerweile schon ganz gut wirken und damit aufräumen wollen.
Jetzt fehlt nur noch ein Bot der die ganzen "good post" comments löscht :)

Klar, ist alles ein Problem, und gehört alles bekämpft! Da es auf der Blockchain kein "Löschen" gibt, muss es eh durch Flags bekämpft werden. Und das kann @steemcleaners mit 1 Mio. SP+ sehr gut!

Jetzt fehlt nur noch ein Bot der die ganzen "good post" comments löscht :)

Das wird wie gesagt technisch nicht gehen. Aber du kannst auch Kommentar-Spam reporten und im Idealfall wird der User so sehr geflaggt, dass seine Rep so weit sinkt, dass seine Posts nicht angezeigt werden!

Habe eh am Dienstag ein Video zu @steemcleaners generell veröffentlicht - Die zwei Minuten Zweit solltest du dir nehmen, falls du es noch nicht gesehen hast!

DMCA ~ Digital Millennium Copyright Act is an other tool to look into. If for example you find a copy of your video uploaded to Facebook; FB has a standard form to take the video down if the re-uploader will not voluntarily do this. Sometimes just saying you will use the DMCA take down is enough.

Thank you for repeatedly touching on this subject. As a victim of video theft I'm acutely aware of the problem. For the video/photo creator, even if the platform they publish on is not monetized, it means that the views and comments their work generates are assigned to another account that then grows in ranking. This limits the original creator's possibilities of getting ahead in an increasingly digital world. Rather than copying and re-uploading, it's actually easier to just link to the original image or video, giving full credit to it's creator without risking a copyright dispute. Greetings!

Great post and great initiative. I am using google images frequently myself when I have doubts that the picture in question might be stolen off the internet. Usually just checking the profile of the user can reveal a lot. I hope more people will start taking initiative so we can stop that or at least minimize it. Well done!!

Thank you ;) Yeah, since there is (luckily) no moderation or control instance in genereal, we users have to take care. Finding and reporting spammers/plagiarism is a great way for newbies to earn money!

Ich hoffe, durch meine Videos zu @steemcleaners vielleicht ein paar Leute dazu zu bewegen, eher durch das Melden von Spam, usw. zu verdienen als durch Spam selbst!

They do a good job with text plagiarism. Problem is that they don't deal with image theft - only plagiarism to an extent. Image theft is copyright infringement and they do dot deal with that. Someone can cite the source as Mickey Mouse and it is considered OK, but it is not. Plagiarism includes citing a wrong source, so i have just written a post about that!

Super Projekt, jedoch ist's wohl ein Kampf gegen Windmühlen. Wenn ich mir so ansehe, wie viele Account durch Bots betrieben werden, die sich gegenseitig Upvoten und Geld schicken, dann kann man Flags setzen, bis die Finger bluten und es wird sich nichts ändern. Die Leute um steemcleaners werden einen extremen Zeitverlust hinnehmen müssen, der letztendlich nicht viel bewegen wird.

Die Bots gehen auf Masse und es werden viele Inhalte wiederholt gepostet. Hat einer der Accounts jegliche Reputation verloren, werden SBD und STEEM vollautomatisch an den nächsten Account weitergereicht, der sich aus dem gleichen Contentpool nährt und einfach weitermacht.

Zumindest ist es das, was mir in meinen zwei Wochen steemit-Dasein aufgefallen ist. Die Bots machen das System kaputt. Es gibt zwar viele gute Bots, aber gefühlt 2^8 mehr Spam-, Scam-, UpvoteDenScheissBisInsNirvana-Bots, die die Sichtbarkeit von guten Contents soweit reduzieren, dass engagierte Curatoren vor lauter Shizzle die Contents mit Mehrwert schlichtweg übersehen.

Noch habe ich keine konkreten Daten gesammelt. Aber es ist für mich als Techie relativ offensichtlich. Einen Lösungsansatz kann ich derzeitig ebenfalls noch nicht anbieten, da meine Analyse noch nicht vollständig ist. Ob eine Abschaltung der privaten Bots die Lösung wäre oder eine vorgeschriebene Verifizierung für Botbetreiber, oder eine sinnvolle Verbindung mit dem Reputationswert - Kein Plan ;)

Ich bleibe aber dran und supporte jedes sinnvolle Projekt in diese Richtung.

Zum Glück gibt es für die Steem aber eine gewisse Sperrfrist, sofortiges Herumschieben ist nicht möglich ;) Und klar, alle 1c Bots erwischt man nicht. Aber geht auch eher um große Fische, die mit nem gestohlenen Bild mehrer bis dutzende Dollars machen! LG

That's really useful info. I have used the same method of finding information like that for images and where they come from but google doesn't always manage to find it even in cases when I'm sure the user is using somebody else's content.

Another thing I've seen fake photographers doing to give themselves away is posting somebody else's image as their own, but not noticing a small watermark. I learned about steemcleaners when I was researching how to report a case like that.

Danke, wieder etwas dazu gelernt, wusste nicht, dass man auch Fotos vergleichen kann.
Nun ist das Beispiel mit dem Modell natürlich recht offensichtlich, besonders, wenn es plötzlich so häufig in den Neuvorstellungen erscheint. Traurig ist es aber auch für alle Fotografen, die stolz auf ihre besonders gelungene Aufnahme sind, und sie ohne tausende Follower einfach nur mal teilen wollen. Der nächste nimmt's ohne Quellenangabe. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich nun bei jedem tollen Foto, das ich sehe, erstmal bei Google nachschaue. Schade für den Urheber.
Aber so kriegen wir die ganz großen Plagiatoren und dank dir weiß ich nun um die Möglichkeiten :-)

I only report when someone pirated my work. With the work of others I would only have a suspicion; I have no way of knowing if the individual has purchased the rights to a video or image. If you know for certain you have seen something elsewhere, then maybe it's better to alert them to the suspect content. That's how I found my YT videos on FB; a friend sent me a chat mssge with a link.

Thank you for pointing that out. It is sad that photo theft are rampant as mentioned by @juliank yesterday. For us new steemians who are sharing self taken photos for photo contests, this is just unfair.

It is really interesting how we can use the backtrack images feature from google to help the platform to keep clean. It would be great if the steemcleaner can dev a bot which can automatically perform the image backtrack, this kind of feature could be awesome. I already saw they have some procedure to check the post, but for sure it can get better and we all can benefit from that. I think steemit will evolve in to a great algorithm similar to google to protect publishers.

Das Video läuft leider nicht mehr. Das habe ich auf meinem Kanal auch feststellen müssen. Ab einem gewissen Alter laufen die Videos nicht mehr. Sie sind auch nicht mehr über ipfs.io/ipfs/HASH zu erreichen. Was läuft da schief??
