Train Passing Through Construction Site 🚧

I was at a construction site the other day when this freight train came lazily rolling through. It's kind of crazy that they would build a new house so close to the tracks (the brick wall is the back of the lot). These are pretty nice houses too, not total luxury but not crap either. I'm curious to see if the neighborhood stays nice or if the values go down when they extend the main street nearby to cross the tracks. It's quiet now because there's no horn, but I bet they will have to blow it once there is a road intersecting with the track 🤣. That will be a rude awakening for the homeowners and cause them to second guess their home purchase.
