then u can eat mushrooms or many other things.. i dont believe in pills.. i really believe in a good balanced diet

do some research please, you can't do vegan diet without D-supplements. that's what i'm saying. Do some research for your health.

well i love all of the following: and they all are very good for vitamin D..

Mushrooms. ...
Fortified Soy Milk and Almond Milk. ...
Sunlight. ...
Tofu.

i think you are right for many people.. what im saying is that MANY people are fine without supplements.. also D is one of those ones that even none vegans struggle with as its not present in many foods.. but it Is present in quite a few vegan foods.. SO.. i think its not fair to say that if you are vegan you have to be on supplements... we are all different!
