A little over 450. We have hickory, wild raspberry bushes, elderberry, and not one fruit tree! We talk about planting fruit trees but we live on top of a hill and get significant storms with wind. They wouldn't make it. But we do have access to an amazing orchard. Fish and crawdads yes! And we have 9 ponds. :)

WOW! Even more jealous now! Although I would find a away to make fruit trees work...LOL At least some peach trees! lol I would probably wind up building a huge greenhouse and just prune them to be shorter. You know like the green houses that they have at the nurseries, those monster ones. lol But hey if you have access to an amazing orchard, then that is pretty awesome. haha

There's quite a few orchards. When the inlaws move this the fall we will hopefully have some planted. They have better wind break with woods. I would love to have a greenhouse someday. Little by little we want to be self sustaining.

That is really cool. And would be awesome to be completely self sufficient. With it being so windy, could you or do you have an energy producing windmill? That would be awesome, or solar panels. So many fun things you can do with lots of land! soooooo jealous! lol

We were kayaking this weekend. Can you kayak in your creek? Are there leeches or fish in your creek? I like to kayak we do it alot.

We haven't tried. There's a spot a little farther with some downed trees and that creek is about 6-8 ft straight down like a cliff. There are fish for sure! Turtles and otters and beavers too! I like to kayak too!

Pretty crazy for the end of July. I'm still a bit in shock of how cool it is today. We actually had plans to go sailing for the next couple of days and we scrapped the plans because of temperature and incoming rain. Amazing for this time of year. Enjoy your day!
