The only way to get good at something is to do it a lot.
This is what I believe is the best way to grow one social media. Find something you enjoy doing and work hard at it, spending more time on it. I did that initially with my YouTube channel and now I'm spending more time here on DTube and Steemit.
If you want to make the most of you time, cut out the other things you do and spend more time on the thing that will give you the most rewards.
