China Sold Even More U.S. Debt! Are They Really Dumping the Dollar?

in dtube •  6 years ago

China has continued its policy of shedding U.S. debt. It has been doing so or quite some time. This has been an ongoing policy after accumulating such a massive amount. There are suggestions as to why China is doing this and obviously it’s not a coincidence. This is a planned strategy and just like every other country, they will go according to plan until they change course. Is China really dumping the U.S. dollar?

Thank you David. Appreciate your videos.
I think a big part is crude. China is big importer of crude oil and since 2018n they don't have to use USD to pay for crude. They use RMB and the seller can use RMB to get Chinese manufactured goods or gold at Shanghai Exchange why let the middle man take a cut going through USD?

Thank you maestro 🍎
