Come along for an active meditation walk here in lovely Maine with me. It was a bit chilly, but the fresh air & sunshine felt really great - plus, it's pretty easy to (heat up &) stay warm when you're moving around. My hands got a little cold when I was taking pictures/filming..but nothing a reiki ramp up through my being couldn't take care of hehe.
