Hello BeautyFull Beings! Happy Thursday Night!

..and Happy Friday, too (yeah, its pretty late here...Thursday is just about done and we'll be rolling into the awesomeness of Friday fairly soon, sooo...)

We got more so last night and through most of this morning, which brought with it not only the obvious workout of shoveling haha but an air of peace & reflection as well. I just love the feeling of walking in the snow (I know I've told you all before just how much I love that hehe) so I started my day with an Actifit Walk to give myself a dose of much needed (it's always needed hehe) active meditation. For me today I was particulary focused on patience with myself and my progress. Don't get me wrong, I am pleased with where I am at in my journey, I just wish getting a good grip on a few things would come a bit easier. Practice makes perfect and so I am cotinuing the process with gratitude in my heart and my focus on the longterm goal/view.
