In tonight's vlog I am sharing (a small portion of) my Wellness Walk with Actifit from earlier today. I strolled around the neighborhood for awhile just injoying the fresh air & sunshine while thinking about all the things I am so thankful for. I also took the opportunity to quietly broadcast some serious reiki love into the atmosphere while I was walking about. There's no need to get all flashy doing it. Sure, there are special ceremonies for certain things...but for grounding the goodness into Mother Earth & holding space for the greatest good & wellbeing of all..well, that can be done on the down low lol, and that's how I prefer to reiki roll while I get my actifit on hehe ;) I know that those whom are open & meant to receive shall <333

Just wanted to ask what software you use to edit the video. I would like to make such neighborhood videos 🙌. But all I know is hit record and then stop lol😿
