I wish you the best of luck with your challenge and when the going gets tough just say to yourself 'wine and beer are always going to be here; this way i am asserting my control and beside the fact that I will feel like a million dollars by the end of it, I will have the satisfaction of knowing that I am not a slave to anything and I can take it or leave it'
Ps. I am so passionate about it because addiction has been a part of my life for so long and lately the whole reality of it is starting to scare me. So, go for it x
