Deep stuff. Resonated a lot with me!

Seems that you've been through much over the years. But speaking out of my experience, I very much agree that pushing through hard times is what shapes a man. And with hard times, I mean those, when you have to pull yourself out of the swamp and either you survive or you're done.

Luckily, we're at a point in human technology where the internet is able to give us tools, to help us to survive. Even if its 30-50-year-old recordings of a philosopher named Alan Watts. Man .. just thinking back how I've listened to that man every single night for a long, long time.

My most precious quote of him is this one:

What you are basically, deep, deep down, far, far in, is simply the fabric and structure of existence itself.

But anyway, thank you for sharing your past and history with us!

Part 2 came faster than I thought it would. Not complaining at all.

Working out is really the best therapy out there. I remember when I started working out it was just me trying to cope with my emotional pain with physical pain. Eventually working out served me in so many ways. the adrenaline and blood pumping helped me think better, do better, feel better. This is taking me back to the health and fitnees actifit show. I remember someone mentioning the same thing.
Congratulations on winning the best writer.

Man, do you cringe or laugh or feel proud of how look now compared to your first youtube video?

Holding back and being afraid is such a bitch, I remember the days I was scared of what would happen...it was only when I changed my mindset and when I went head in first that changed me completely. I realized I had the strength to stand up every time after a fall, stand every time smarter and stronger. so many wasted years...just being afraid.
thanks for sharing this with us, I hope many can learn from your message.
but from experience I can say that no book, no audiobook, no lecture can help you unless you want to help yourself. Its that 1 leap of faith that YOU decide to take is what changes YOU for the better.

Thanks for sharing your story. You went through a lot and then made a lot of money in a short period of time. Its good to have you here, still motivated and pushing as hard as you can. Hope I get the chance to see if I'm still motivated after making some money. I just caught the end of the last bull run, it was a great learning process and the bear market has been even more of an education. Hopefully the next bull run will make the tough times worthwhile for many of us.

Watching your videos (back to back) was the last thing I did before I sleep. Tbh I was trying to find the proper words to express how much I can relate with you, but I failed miserably...

Those who watched the videos till the end, I am sure they got the chills. You exposed your self...stood there ‘naked’ amd talked about all the shit you’ve been through. I admire that. I really do...in a faceless world...

You forged your self and your will and showed everyone how it’s done...

I’ve made those very same thoughts...tell everyone ‘my’ truth via my writings at times...
Maybe that’s what we need...some wouldn’t give a shit...who cares,right?
I feel more connected with you than people that surround me...that’s the power of truth.

I hope I can meet you in person on one of those fests at some point...

Thank you for sharing your story! It really makes a lot of sense about the person you are today and the mindset you have :)

Over the years I have collected a lot of what I call fuck you fuel that just keeps me going. Life throws punches at me in many forms, but I take all that crap and turn it into fuel, to grind it out and move forward, to learn something every day.

I could sit and whine all day about all things wrong, about my fucked up hip, about my fucked up joints, about lack of opportunities, about lack of funds and all that or I can say fuck it and walk over pain, walk over all the things I lack and things that bring me down and disrupt my confidence. Because what else is there in this life?

In present opportunity knocking door every day but how many people are opening the door?
When you joined Steemit in 2016 compared to today, there was not so much facilities. There was a lack of application. Even if people were not too aware of it. But the situation has become quite favorable at present. It is a matter of fact that the competition has increased. There is still enough opportunity for everyone on this blockchain, but we only need to take advantage of those opportunities with hard work and have to learn with your inspirational story.

Your story is a real inspiration especially, for people like me who aim for a better life.

I do have struggles in life although, it isn't as difficult as the one you had in the past.

Maybe I didn't play my life that hard yet, maybe I'm still playing my cards on the safer side.

I'm changing that this year. Of course I will also document it here in the Steem blockchain, soon...

You're videos will serve as one of my motivation to pursue.

(I will also resteem this to my alt account where I keep all of the most important stuff here in the blockchain, it makes it easier for me to look back months or years from now.)

This is not really the case with most of us. But those who are very confident, who try to do something with firm conviction, nothing can stop them. That was in my case. I started with a team but everyone has gone, I'm still trying to make an exception. Because my goal is far beyond

However, my goal is to try, my success, it will be mine, it is my belief.

I see that you somehow you struggled to stay fit, struggled to maintain that standard body weight, eat well and have that standerdized health, well it was definitely a challenge for me but in my own case I lost total confidence in myself and this caused low self esteem for me, well, how you've managed to get past these challenges is more than supernatural, and really the lessons for me were adequately learnt

Wow I had no idea you were into poker.

I wish I had been around a few years ago to tell you about the amazing card rooms they have in Oregon.

I lived in Portland for a while and my favorite place was Aces Players Club.

Aces Players Club (all Portland card rooms) is amazing because they didn't charge a rake. The only fee you get charged is a $10 cover to get in for the day and tips. You can play ten hours a day there and it only costs you $1 an hour.

They were running this $5 No limit game that you would have destroyed. I bet you could have made $50 an hour there.

Crypto is on the verge of bringing poker back from the abyss.

Soon™ anyone will be able to play digital home games without any kind of regulation or worry that people are cheating.

@theycallmedan, In life we walk with particular pain and weight of that burden only known by us no matter how many healing words we receive. But real and true healing comes when we rise harder to defeat our painful aspect and win over it and you are one of the fighters who put efforts to defeat their painful phase. These 2 videos were deep and just shows how life can make or break you , the more I listen to you the more I realise that mindset is everything in life and not just crypto.
