Iran Shoots Down a Global Hawk Drone - Response Options?

Iran shot down a US Global Hawk that seems to have been operating over International Waters. The Global Hawk is not a "penetrating" aircraft, meaning it is not designed for stealth operations over a hostile nation with modern anti aircraft missiles. It is normally flown at about 65K feet, keeping it out of the reach of most anti aircraft systems, and generally flown over areas that it is allowed to operate in. Hence the reason I think it was over international waters when Iran shot it down.

What options could the US do in response?

1. Most Likely in my opinion is sink the Iran deep water fleet.

2. Second most likely is strike Iranian positions in Syria.

3. Do nothing. (Seems to be what they are doing actually which is surprising, but Trump gets credit for this so far).

4. Strike Iranian Facilities and Targets in Iran with a bombing Campaign.

5. Full scale warfare and invasion of ground forces into Iran.

I put these in order of likeliness according to my analysis.
