The Central Square In Cusco-Peru. High in the Andes and the stopping off point for the journey to Machu Picchu. The statue on the fountain in the Plaza de Armas is of Pachacuti. Pachacuti was the ninth ruler of the Kingdom of Cusco and later the Emperor of the Inca Empire. Remember to have a cup of coca tea when you visit.
