I can't vote on D.Tube - bug on Google Chrome

I found an important issue that I can not vote on D.tube on Google Chrome. My browser version 63.0.3239.84
Please check it on your browsers, and tell me how can I report it to admins or share them this movie. This functionality works only on Firefox.

Ps. It was also impossible to upload video with Chrome. Works on Firefox.

        Still doesn't work in my case, and on Dsound.com the same...
