    While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..

    Some things that can be considered spam:

    • Banner ads of any kind
    • Referral links/codes
    • Repeating the same post
    • Links to known scams, phishing sites, and other dangerous links

      There is no rule in Steemit that says you can't.
      Steemcleaners is a group of people who handle an account to fight what they perceive as spam. They are getrting upvotes from the community.

      Wether your content is to be considered spam is up for debate. I personally don't think listing referral codes or links to other social media is. Therefore I am taking a stand against this over-moderation. Please visit my thread by following this link and consider throwing in your support to fight this over-moderation.
