Although I personally won't use the first 4 ways you mentioned, it is nice to know that these alternatives exist.
I never heared about "purse.io" but it seems interesting, so I will have a look into it.
Steemit is actually a great passiv income if you were creating the content anyways. (A great german youtube channel just discovered d.tube and now uploads every viedo also on d.tube/ipfs https://steemit.com/@sempervideo. I am so happy to see more high quality content finding its way to steemit.)
