Why Review Bombs Are A Necessary Evil, Steam

in dtube •  6 years ago

Steam is planning changes to its review policy that can only harm us as consumers. Review bombs, while not the most effective way to communicate with developers, movie creators, etc. are sometimes the only way besides voting with your wallet to let them know how you feel about the product.

Hey man, just saw your comment on my stream the other day. As far as the chest, they JUST dropped it because some people learned how they could abuse it. It is working on mobile.

Ive been on there a year, the usability is better than anything on here.

Yeah I've been using it some on mobile, but I like to watch on my PC pretty often. Hopefully DLive gets that fixed pretty soon. I have concerns about DLive, but I certainly don't think it's necessarily a scam like some people do. I just think it's a huge risk because either the site does well and you're well off or the site fails and you're back where you started.
