Tucker Carlson and Bill Still highlight a couple of the many questionable characteristics and actions of the intel mindset and their Modus operandi. They appear to be a little, "off", "out of line" , some even say, "stupid" and not at all congruent with their stated aim of being public servants. When seen as servants of themselves and elite racketeers, those characteristics and actions fall into place quite congruently.
