          i heard that the cashew nuts we buy from the shops are tiny compared to the big ones that they keep for themselves :) i dont blame them

              i thought nuts were really important for vegans what do you substitite them for can you eat seeds?

                I don't substitute anything for nuts. Whoever told you that nuts were really important to eat was probably selling some! lol

                    Most people don't get enough B12, not just vegans, and I take a b12 supplement weekly to remedy that.
