King James Version Bible Reading Book Genesis Chapter 3 (Original Vlog)

in dtube •  7 years ago  (edited)

Be sure to grab your KJV bible, not the New King James Version Bible (I don't recommend the new one and I don't use it), just grab the King James Version Bible and we can read the bible together, you can follow along as I give voice to the Holy Word to the best of my ability, and stay tuned for the next video of my own personal thoughts and opinions on the chapters I read without being too pushy of my own understanding on a chapter reading like this. I would rather keep them separate so I don't insert any false interpretations or show that I am adding unto God's word, or leaning on my own understanding. But we are going to have some interesting discussions if you follow along with me. Please excuse any slip ups or mistakes, I shall do my best to improve the reading experience as we go along, especially when pronouncing places and names that I will read in the future. God bless, all glory to the Most High.

Regarding Jesus Christ, Our Lord & Saviour)

"15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God."

(King James Version Bible - Book John: Chapter 3: Verse: 15-21)

You do realize of course that Paul did not use the King James version of the Bible? Neither did Jesus or any of the Apostles for that matter. They use Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic.

To start off your post spouting a King James only stance is doing nothing more then creating an unnecessary argument that distracts from the rest of your message. It could even be called in old terms, flamebait. If you want to teach from the King James version that's perfectly all right, but it's counterproductive to push the King James only stance.

You misinterpret my stance. I'll explain when I can.

Believe it or not I actually look forward to hearing from you. God bless and Godspeed

Okay thanks for your patience. I say this unto you. You have assumed that I disregard any other bible other than the KJV but I would never disregard the original manuscripts from which the KJV was derived from. What I love about the KJV is that it is, one, in the language I can understand. If I knew Greek or Hebrew, I would jump at the chance at first notice to get my hands on the original texts, yes I understand they didn't have KJV bible back in the days of Jesus Christ that goes without saying. Jesus Christ was warning of people changing the bible as well back then, so for me, my preferred Holy Word in English is the King James Bible, I wasted a lot of my time being confused and confounded by the New Living Translation, New International Version and the Jehovah Witnesses' New World Translation version and even the Mormon's Joseph Smith's second book which they add to their beliefs along with the Holy Word. All these organized religions funded by elites at the top are misleading the masses. I am happy with the English KJV and the spiritual validity has been confirmed to me and that is what I know and can recommend to others after much prayer and research. The KJV is a word for word translation to the best of its ability with what the language allows, while many money making publicated perversions are a thought for thought interpretation.
Hope that makes sense, God bless and God speed as well

Thank you for answering.

The Book of Mormon and the New World Translation are cult books. The other translations you listed, I would personally not recommend to anybody. Though I would not call them bad, I just wouldn't recommend them.

It doesn't sound like you're a militant King James only person, as I thought you were. Again thank you for responding. God bless and Godspeed.

You're very welcome. Glad to explain. God bless and God speed indeed
