Uploading Error on DTube

I'm facing issue to upload my first ever video on DTube.

Whenever I tried to upload on DTube it says, "Aww, Snap!" for MP4 file. I even tried uploading as WMV file but it keeps saying error.

Anyone have solution to this issue?
