Dtube is bugging

I've been having this unknown error over and over...
Even if I work from Firefox i keep getting this issue

Any bug fixes known???

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    I had this issue last night. Uploaded a video and thumbnail, clicked "submit" and it just reported an "unknown error". I checked the requests and the requests error was something to do with the permlink size being too short. I'm using Chrome
