This is definitely good advice. If you try to write for the wrong people just because a topic is super hot, creating your posts will soon become a chore and something you will not enjoy. Plus, you won’t be able to cultivate a community of like minded people...since you really aren’t into the topics you were writing about. I have been a freelance writer for 10 years, constantly creating content that I have no interest in. So, I am using Steemit as a platform to write what I want to!!
