Hitler was a leader of a country. He signed and ordered laws executed. Laws are ultimately the politicians and leaders subjective preference. People who force their will on others are bad people.

History is such a fiddle thing. And yes he was indeed a leader of a country, a country which had enough and they elected him. For better or worse. But it's as they always say history is written by the victors after all...
