I met a bunch of Steemians last night at Philadelphia's monthly Steemit meet up. Jamie and I headed there after work/class and got there almost an hour and a half after the event started and there was still a surprising number of people still mingling around.
Obviously the best part was connecting with other Steemit users IN REAL LIFE. which is a crazy experience and if you haven't done yet I HIGHLY recommend doing so. I don't know why it is like this; I've never been excited about meeting a youtube or Facebook users before. I suppose it is cause this community is so unique and we know that we get to be part of building something much bigger.

special thanks to Philadelphia's resident witness @yabapmatt for rolling through. He was there getting new people signed up with accounts and he also gave a really informative presentation. He runs a steem-bot tracker website and he also recently started his own steem-bot, which I intend to use and look forward to sharing this experience with you all!
