Every morning I start my day with a glass of water and 10-20 deep breathes deeply from my stomach. It allows my body to properly wake up and start the day fresh. Also, when I need to calm down, this technique helps a lot, I just stop doing what I was and take a few deep breathes. Game changer in overall well-being and productivity.
