Dtube Mental Health Tip: Feeling Sad For No Reason.. And How I Overcome this/ Mental Health 'Sick' Day Needs To Become A Thing | EP 024

in dtubedaily •  7 years ago

What's up dtube, my name is Harshil Patel and today I want to talk about mental health.

Before creating my thumbnail, I had this thought that people will assume or make a generalized statement if I wrote the word 'sad.' But I said screw it and published it anyway.

Just like anyone in the world, I usually get 'Sad' for no freaking reason every 4ish weeks.

For every 'SAD' moment I have, I know there's a series of events that caused me to feel this way.

In this video, I share with you my system of how I get over my sadness and also inspire people to open up about their 'sad' days.

Final Thoughts:

Grateful :)

Some good cardio helps release them happy cells. That's my scientific explanation. haha. I agree with several of you recommendations. It's crazy that the lows seem to be the opposite of any recent highs. Finding balance is a difficult thing. Mental health days should be a thing for sure. I'm lucky to be married to an amazing woman that helps me get through my dark days. I could not imagine traveling alone without any of the comforts of home. You have a lot of mental strength. Take care.
