Dtube Tips: How To Travel The World Stress Free/ Hint: Pack Light/ Delete All Apps On The Phone | Vlog 125

in dtubedaily •  7 years ago  (edited)

What's Up Dtube, my name is Harshil Patel and today I want to share my thoughts on traveling stress FREE

Since I'm traveling For a year, I knew I was going to feel lonely and more importantly stressed from time to time. That being said, I wanted to make sure that I can reduce the number of times I feel stressed by taking time to pack and create the environment I want beforehand.

Let Me Explain - This is what I did before I left for traveling:

  1. Travel light - This way, you can go from place to place without having the fear you misplaced something.
  2. Reduce your apps to one screen - This is a personal one for me but honestly I hate needing to flip through pages of apps. In times of stress knowing that I have everything I need in one screen is HUGE.

Have you noticed something different?

I've changed up my thumbnails and testing different ways to tell a story! Let me know what you think :)

Final Thoughts:

Grateful :)

Hi! I'm also looking for a stress-free traveling! I'm not a traveler yet, excluding my work travels around Scandinavia.
Now I found Cool Cousin project and wondering, does it works for me? Someday I will try it))

About Travel light is absolutely true for me also!

yeah! honestly if you have the chance, go make it happen :)

I started travelling (rather than just short holidays) four years ago, and like Harishpatel, I travel light. Just one small bag, its so much easier. particularly in hot countries, where you dont have any heavy clothes, and you can wash them in your hotel sink, or have them laundered cheaply particularly in Asia. I am writing more on my new travel blog.

Keep up with your travelling Patel so far you enjoy it.

These are great tips @harshilpatel

Keep it up!

whahhh nice travel

Thank you so much!

I like your little wifi hack. I was actually going to ask you what your internet set up was like for when you were in Thailand. Did you just use wifi that was around and available or did you look at purchasing data as well. I'm just worried I'll be super disconnected when I'm there and I would really like to source my best options.

YEAH! So In thailand. I unlimited data for your phone is SO FREAKING CHEAP. I was spending 20 dollars a month for as much data on my phone. It's great. Also you can buy unlimitied 'Super Wifi' That gives you 180 upload speed for like 5 dollars a month. this wifi works at every starbucks, mcdonolds, malls. I wouldn't worry much!
