Hold a pen throughout the presentation. That will make you look important. Make it obvious you are holding a pen. Drop the pen and pick it up a few times. Make it look like an accident. Make sure people notice you keep dropping the damn pen. At about the half hour mark, drop the pen again. Pick it up. Walk over to the noisy roll of duct tape you have stashed away. Tape the pen to your hand. Carry on like that's a normal thing people do during presentations.
